Max Stanley Chartrand, Ph.D., serves as Director of Research for
DigiCare
Hearing Research & Rehabilitation, and as a researcher and continuing
education instructor throughout the hearing health industry. He is also
profoundly deaf and utilizes a cochlear implant and assistive devices,
and writes and lectures extensively from both a professional and
consumer perspective. He is also serves as adjunct professor at
Northcentral University in Health Psychology/Behavioral Medicine. His
published research projects have involved psychosocial effects of
hearing impairment, auditory rehabilitation, neuroreflexes of the
external ear canal, diabetes mellitus II, overdiagnoses of Alzheimer's
disease, and tinnitus and amplification.

Mrs. Chartrand serves as Director of Rehabilitation and is a recognized
expert in occupational and geriatric rehabilitation from New Zealand.
She also gives lectures and publishes on topics of auditory
rehabilitation, nutrition and stress management. She is Registered with
the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy in the United States and in New Zealand, and also
is Board Certificated in Hearing Instrument Sciences.
David W. Chartrand

David serves as Technical Services Manager, and comes with a strong
background iin electronic engineering and applications. He provides the
technical support for the DigiCare network, and ongoing research in
methods and approaches to improve patient outcomes. David also
supervises the manufacturing and repair of DigiTech Hearing Instruments.

Jeanie handles coordination of all administrative and communication
affairs for DigiCare. She also supervises the marketing and customer
care departments, assuring timely responsiveness to the needs of our
network members.
